USJ One Avenue Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 650451-T) was established in year 2004 for carrying out the role as the Developer for its maiden Property Development Project namely “USJ 1 Avenue” Condominium. This Project shall be managed by MCT Homes Sdn Bhd (Co.No. 647207-M), a newly formed Project Management Company which ambitious in setting up reputation in the Property sector in the near future. The Developer and the Project Management Company are both affiliated to Modular Construction Technology Sdn Bhd, a Company actively involved in construction, project management and engineering services in public as well as private sector, since year 1999. To date, Modular Construction Technology Sdn Bhd has successfully managed and completed more than RM200 Million worth of projects. The trio ( so called MCT ) has then determined the Philosophy of strives for the best in all undertakings and faithful to all parties.
